Data we collect

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect the data you provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Message content

The contact form uses Tally.so (Tally Software SRL, Belgium). Tally acts as a data processor under the terms of their Data Processing Agreement. Submitted data is stored on Tally’s servers.

  • Purpose: to respond to your enquiries and manage any resulting professional relationship
  • Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (art. 6.1.f GDPR)
  • Retention: for the duration of the professional relationship and until the limitation period for any obligations arising from it

Web analytics

This website uses GoatCounter to measure traffic. GoatCounter is a privacy-respecting analytics system:

  • Does not store cookies in your browser
  • Does not collect or process personal data
  • Does not use fingerprinting
  • Does not share any data with third parties
  • GDPR-compliant without requiring consent

Search engine performance

To analyse search engine performance, we use Google Search Console, a service by Google LLC. This tool processes aggregated data about how the site appears in Google search results (impressions, clicks, and positions), but does not place cookies or collect personal data from visitors. Data is used solely to improve the site’s visibility and content.
